What a busy week, but I just had to set some time aside to post some images from this family's session. We spent Memorial Day morning roaming around their home in Reston, VA. They live in a charming lake community, and we took full advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Their little one-year-old was a perfect model, and his happy disposition was a pure pleasure to photograph. I hope you enjoy some of my favorites from their session!

Sleepy Little Girl * Silver Spring Newborn Portraits
They say modeling is harder than it looks...well, this little girl made it look easy! She was sleepy and cooperative throughout her session. And, she was quite the trooper as we posed and positioned her to create some of the below images. Her mom had some wonderful items ready for our photo session, which were really fun to work with. The images bring a smile to my face. Only seven days old, and already quite a little lady!
