Every time I see this little girl, the 1934 song "You Oughta Be in Pictures" plays in my head! She is such a sweet girl with sweet curls -- and, a serious love of nature; hay, swings, chickens, worms, tadpoles -- you name it, we played with it! I love her true smiles and absorption in her surroundings. Her family and I got a lovely (but chilly) morning for our session; I couldn't be more pleased. I hope you enjoy this sneak peek!

This family lives in a gorgeous community where the cherry blossoms rival (and I'd say beat) DC's Tidal Basin's trees! We tracked the blooms for as long as we could. But with a record winter causing delays, our session date landed just 4 days pre-bloom! Although the flowers aren't there, the day was beautiful. And, this family couldn't be more photogenic. I love these images! I hope you enjoy some as well.
